Ebon Vanguard Skills I need - Guild Wars Forums

I am looking to obtain Ebon Battle Standard of Honor skill

I have just came to town called Longeye's Ledge from Eye of North.

But the problem is,i have checked wiki,and i saw quest,and person that gives that quest,and previous quest required,i think its called "Missing Vanguard" but this quest involves part where u search for clues INSIDE outpost!

Beside that,i alredy started it with some players (not H/H) and we failed so i gave up because nobody had clue what to do,its not classic quest like Asuran quests.And beside that,i alredy have an older primary called Search for Ebon Vanguard that is active

I stopped to post on these forums because wiki didnt make it clear what to do in order to be able to obtain these quests. (unlike asuran ones where i just needed to "get to" certain outpost and just take quests"

The missing vanguard requires you to talk to Gwen in the HoM and the guy in Longeyes. The rest is completed outside in Grothmar Wardowns.

You will first need to complete the Ebon Vanguard story arc before being able to speak to / find Captain Langmar.

Follow the quests you have for the Ebon Vanguard and you will eventually get to a point where Langmar is just outside Longeye's. There you can pick up the necessary quest, complete it and get your skill.

Each of the EotN story arcs work a little differently when it comes to obtaining skills.

It's all there on the official wiki. Maybe you just didn't find the right page. I bet you're stuck where I got stuck too (the part where there isn't a specific quest marker):

That should get you going again on the Ebon Vanguard story arc, and once you run out of primary quests there, look for Captain Langmar just outside Longeye's Ledge.
